Payment of registration fees can be made through the website using a credit card or by bank transfer (*).

Students/Academics/Industrials are entitled to:

  • Attendance at all scientific presentations
  • Presentation of work during the conference
  • Certificates of attendance and work presentation
  • Book of abstracts
  • Coffee breaks and buffet lunches

Special Discount for Students, Post-Doc & PhD

If you are student, Post-Doc or PhD, you can have a discount of 100€ on your registration fees.
Please send us a copy of your student card or any proof (as letter of supervisor) of your student, Post-Doc or PhD state by email: contact(at)tid-site.com and we will provide you the code to register.

Please take on consideration that this code is available for students who sent the copy of their student card.

 


Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

  • If you cancel before April 17 at midnight, 50% of registration fees will be refund minus 70€ for administrative fees.
  • No refund on cancellations sent from April 18, 2018.
  • No refund on cancellations of dinner

Substitutions are free of charge, but you must submit a letter authorizing the transfer signed by the registered delegate two days before the event starting days.


(*) Payments by bank transfer are allowed until April 12, midnight only. After this date, only payments by credit card are accepted.
